Students will be introduced to the five ballet positions of the arms and feet.
Basic barre exercise such as plies, battement tendus,battement jetes, releves and jumps in 1st, 2nd and 5th positions will also be taught.
Special emphasis on basic body alignment for a solid foundation in ballet.
